Terms of Sale

1. Fabric Tolerance

Reactive printed fabrics undergo washing, steaming, and sanforizing processes. The expected tolerances are:

  • Orders exceeding 50 meters per design: +/- 10%
  • Orders below 50 meters per design: +/- 5 meters

2. Payment

+

Full payment must be received before your fabric is shipped.

3. Digital Printing Imperfections

+

Digital printing on natural cotton fabrics may result in minor flaws such as small white specks, ink smudging, lint marks, or tiny unprinted dots. This is normal and within acceptable production tolerance.

4. Leftover Fabric

+

Fabric left over after production may be used for samples, donations, or discounted sales.

5. Artwork Submission

+

We recommend TIFF files in RGB color mode with minimum 300 DPI resolution. You are responsible for ensuring files are high resolution and seamless.

6. Production Time

  • Cotton, Viscose, Linen based fabrics: 1–4 weeks
  • Polyester-based fabrics: 2-14 days

7. Shipping Fee Notice

Shipping cost is an estimate. We will request a balance payment for any difference before shipment.
