How to Order?

1. Upload your own design or shop from thousands of designs
2. Order the design on the fabric of your choice
3. We email you cad-works for design size approval
4. We ship printed fabrics all over the world!

Can I order a sample of the fabric before placing an order?

Yes! You can order our swatch set or 50x50 cm your design printed sample.
Prices of samples and swatches are fixed and do not depend on the type of fabric.
You can order samples and swatches of any pattern, both from our catalogue and based on your own design.

Are your discounts per pattern or per order total?

The discounts given are valid for orders per product.
If your order is 100 meters (10 designs x 10 mts) you will be charged at the price level of 100 meters.

How to Prepare Pattern Files?

All design files are workable such as PDF, JPG, PNG, PS, AI, PSD, EPS, TIFF...
Preferably, TIFF file with RGB colors and minimum 300 DPI.
Design should be in a good resolution and not pixelated.
File should be prepared seamlessly.

Which dimensions the patterns will be printed?

When we receive the patterns, we send you the cad-work with a ruler for approval.

This work is done according to the measurement embedded in the pattern.
If there is a special size you want, if you tell us about it, we can arrange it accordingly.

Do you ship the fabrics double folded?

Yes, we provide folding service.
Please specify at check out.

Do your prices include VAT?

We do not add VAT when we export from Turkiye, the prices you see are the final prices.
Although it varies according to the countries, the country of import may demand VAT from its own citizens.
Accurate rates can be learned by contacting local DHL Express.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If your order has not been printed, we can cancel it.
Cotton orders can be canceled within 3 days of placing the order, Polyester and Lycra orders can be canceled within 1 day.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the product and amount ordered, the shipping destination, and the delivery option.

The best way to determine the shipping rates and other charges for an order is to add the desired products to your cart and begin the process of checking out.

How long will it take to get my order?

Production times are;

Custom printed Cotton fabrics:
Samples: 7-21 days
Bulk Order: 7-21 days

Polyester and Lycra fabrics:
Samples: 1-5 days
Bulk Order: 3-21 days

Delivery times are;
1-3 days for UK and Europe
3-10 days for US, Canada and Australia

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
