SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.

We (www.jerseyprintfactory.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.

All orders are shipped through our courier partners.

In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.

When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).

Standard shipping shall apply to all the products. Orders shall be processed within 48 hours of receiving payment.

CUSTOMS, DUTY AND IMPORT VAT — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

We ship worldwide from Istanbul, Türkiye. Every international shipment is subject to the import rules of the destination country. There are two delivery terms, and which one applies to your order changes what you pay and who you pay it to.

DAP — Delivered at Place
This is our standard term. 		The amount you pay us covers freight only.
Import VAT, any customs duty and the carrier's clearance fee are invoiced to you directly by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) when the goods arrive. They are not included in what you paid us, and we cannot cancel or refund them.
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
Available on request, agreed before production begins. 		The amount you pay us covers freight plus customs charges, and we settle them on your behalf. You should receive no separate bill from the carrier.

Your order confirmation states which term applies to your order. If you are not sure, ask us before you pay. Write to info@jerseyprintfactory.com and we will confirm it in writing.

Import VAT is charged on goods and freight

Customs authorities in the EU, the UK, Norway and most other countries calculate import VAT on the value of the goods plus the cost of carriage. This means VAT will also be charged on the shipping amount. This is standard practice and is not a duplicate charge or an error on our invoice.

Business customers: order in your company name

If you are VAT-registered, please give us your company name and VAT or organisation number when you order. We will put them on the commercial invoice and on the carrier's waybill so the shipment is cleared as a business import. Import VAT on a business import is normally reclaimable through your own VAT return.

If a business shipment is cleared against a private individual's name, the import VAT generally cannot be reclaimed and becomes a real cost to you. This applies even when your delivery address is your home address. Tell us it is a business purchase and we will declare it as one.

Duty

We issue EUR.1 movement certificates and origin declarations where the destination qualifies. Under the free trade agreements between Türkiye and the EU, the United Kingdom and the EFTA countries, this normally brings customs duty to zero on qualifying textile goods. Import VAT still applies separately.

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.
Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://jerseyprintfactory.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
