Every order at Jersey Print Factory is made to order, so please allow a short production window before your fabric ships.
Where your fabric is made
Your design is printed at certified partner print facilities in Istanbul, Türkiye, using reactive printing on natural fibres and eco-friendly inks. These facilities are GOTS and OEKO-TEX® certified, so your fabric is produced to recognised environmental and safety standards. Before anything is dispatched, every order passes through our own team's in-house quality control. Jersey Print Factory Ltd is a UK-registered company.
Production times
Production time depends on the fabric base:
- Polyester-based fabrics: 3–5 days
- Cotton and natural-fibre fabrics: around 2 weeks
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide from Istanbul via tracked courier services. Depending on your region, delivery typically takes anywhere from 1 day to about a week once your order has been produced and dispatched. You'll receive tracking details by email.
Duties & taxes — DDP and DAP
For many destinations we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where all import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Where DDP is not available, orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) and any local duties or taxes are payable by the recipient on arrival. The option that applies to your country is shown at checkout.
