Ordering
What are the minimum order quantities?
Our minimum order quantities vary by fabric type:
- Polyester & Lycra fabrics: 2 meters per design
- Cotton & Natural fabrics: 10 meters per design
- Sample orders: Minimum 5 meters total (can be split across designs)
We also offer fabric swatches if you'd like to test fabric quality before placing a larger order.
Can I order fabric samples before committing to a large order?
Yes! We offer two sample options:
- Fabric swatches: Perfect for checking fabric weight, texture, and feel. Available for all fabric types.
- Print samples (5m minimum): Test your actual design on your chosen fabric. Can be split across multiple designs.
Fabric swatches are free — you only pay shipping costs.
How long does production take?
Production times depend on the fabric type:
- Polyester & Lycra: 2–7 business days
- Cotton & Natural fabrics: 2–3 weeks
- Made-to-order fabrics: 3–4 weeks
Natural fabrics require additional time for reactive printing, washing, and finishing processes to ensure vibrant, long-lasting colors.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered discounts for larger orders:
- 50+ meters: 20% off
- 250+ meters: 25% off
- 500+ meters: 30% off
Discounts are calculated automatically at checkout and apply to your entire order.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:
- Upload your own design or shop from thousands of designs
- Select the fabric of your choice
- We email you cad-works for design size approval
- We ship printed fabrics all over the world!
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too!
If your order has not been printed, we can cancel it. Cotton orders can be canceled within 3 days of placing the order, Polyester and Lycra orders can be canceled within 1 day.

Do you offer organic or certified fabrics?
Yes! We offer GOTS-certified organic options including Organic Cotton Jersey and Organic Poplin. These fabrics are produced sustainably and meet strict environmental and social criteria throughout the supply chain.

What's the difference between cotton and polyester fabrics?
Cotton & Natural Fabrics:
- Soft, breathable, and comfortable against skin
- Ideal for everyday wear, children's clothing, and home textiles
- Printed with reactive inks for excellent wash durability
- Higher minimum (10m) due to specialized printing process
Polyester & Lycra Fabrics:
- Stretchy, durable, and quick-drying

- Lower minimum (2m) with faster production
Do you ship the fabrics double folded?
Yes, we provide folding service. Please specify at checkout if you need your fabric double folded.
Printing & Quality
What printing methods are used?
We source custom printed fabrics from our trusted production partners and perform rigorous quality control before shipping. The printing method depends on the fabric type:
Natural Fabrics (Cotton, Viscose, Linen):
- Reactive printing — the premium method that bonds color directly to the fiber
- Produces incredibly vibrant, photo-realistic colors
- Maintains the fabric's natural softness and hand-feel
- Exceptional wash durability — colors stay vivid wash after wash
Some Canvas & Muslin Fabrics:
- Pigment printing may be used depending on the specific order and requirements
Polyester & Lycra Fabrics:
- Sublimation printing — ink becomes part of the fabric through heat transfer
- Vibrant, permanent colors with excellent UV resistance
How do you ensure quality?
Every order goes through our quality control process before shipping:
- Visual inspection for print quality and color accuracy
- Fabric measurement verification

What file format and resolution should I use?
Recommended specifications:
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size
- Color mode: RGB (we'll handle the conversion for optimal printing)
- File formats: PNG, TIFF, PDF, JPG, PS, AI, PSD, EPS
- Seamless patterns: Ensure your repeat tiles correctly
Pro tip: Higher resolution files (600 DPI) will produce even sharper details, especially for intricate designs.
Which dimensions will the patterns be printed?
When we receive the patterns, we send you the cad-work with a ruler for approval.
This work is done according to the measurement embedded in the pattern. If there is a special size you want, please let us know and we can arrange it accordingly.
How accurate will the printed colors be?
We strive for excellent color accuracy. Here's what to expect:
- RGB files generally produce the most vibrant results
- Colors may vary slightly between different fabric types due to fiber composition
- Natural fabrics may show subtle variations in color absorption
- Screen colors can differ from printed results — order a sample to confirm
For color-critical projects, we strongly recommend ordering a printed sample first.
Are there any design limitations?
Digital printing gives you incredible design freedom:
- Unlimited colors at no extra cost
- Photographic images and gradients print beautifully
- Fine details are reproduced accurately
- No minimum color runs or screen setup fees
Note: Very fine lines (under 0.5pt) and small text may not print clearly. Avoid pure white designs on white fabric as there's no white ink.

We ship worldwide! Our facility is based in Istanbul, Turkey, and we deliver to customers across Europe, UK, North America, Australia, and beyond.
Typical delivery times after production:
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- UK: 3–5 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–7 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
What shipping options are available?
We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): All taxes and customs fees included — no surprises at delivery. Recommended for EU & UK customers.
- DAP (Delivered at Place): Shipping included, but customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- FOB Istanbul: For bulk orders — you arrange your own freight from our facility.
EU & UK customers: Choose DDP for a hassle-free experience with all duties prepaid.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product and amount ordered, the shipping destination, and the delivery option.
The best way to determine the shipping rates and other charges for an order is to add the desired products to your cart and begin the process of checking out.
How long will it take to get my order?
Production times:
Custom printed Cotton fabrics: 7-21 days
Polyester and Lycra fabrics: 1-7 days
Delivery times (after production):
- UK and Europe: 1-3 days
- US, Canada and Australia: 3-10 days
Do you offer white-label or dropshipping services?
Yes! We offer additional services for businesses:
- White-label packaging: Your branding, our service — customers receive packages without our branding
- Dropshipping: We ship directly to your customers on your behalf

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple secure payment methods:

When is payment required?
Full payment (100%) is required before production begins for most orders.
For large orders (500+ meters): We can offer flexible payment terms — a deposit to start production, with the remaining balance due before shipping.

What currencies do you accept?
Our website displays prices in multiple currencies. For bank transfers, we accept:
- EUR — Euro
- GBP — British Pounds
- USD — US Dollars
Card payments can be made in your local currency — your bank will handle the conversion.
Do your prices include VAT?
We do not add VAT when we export from Turkey — the prices you see are the final prices.
Although it varies by country, the country of import may demand VAT from its own citizens. Accurate rates can be learned by contacting local DHL Express.
