For brands, shops & manufacturers

Volume pricing for brands & shops

The price per metre drops as the metres add up — automatically, counted per fabric rather than per design. No trade account, no code to ask for.

The ladder

How the price drops

Metres, per fabric Discount ExampleStretch Cotton Jersey — 210 gsm
Up to 49 m List price €8.90 / m
50 m and above −20% €7.12 / m
250 m and above −25% €6.67 / m
500 m and above −30% €6.23 / m
Metres are counted per fabric, not per design. Ten designs at 5 m each on the same quality is 50 m — so all ten get the 50 m price. You do not need to ask for it and there is no coupon to enter; the discount is applied when the order is put together. Above 500 m, talk to us — at that point we quote the run rather than the metre.

Process

How a production order runs

Send the artworkOne file per design, or a folder. We will tell you straight away if a file will not hold up at the scale you want.
We quotePer metre, per fabric, with the volume tier already applied. Shipping and any duties are quoted separately so you can see what is what.
You approve the proofWe send a digital proof with exact dimensions. Nothing goes on a machine until you say yes — this is also why our lead times include a few days for your approval.
Production & inspectionPrinted in İstanbul and checked roll by roll before it is packed, folded or rolled as you prefer.

Good to know

What you should know before you plan a run

Minimums are low1 m on polyester and sublimation qualities, 5 m on cotton and other reactive-printed cloth. Per design, per fabric.
ToleranceRuns over 50 m per design: ±10%. Under 50 m: ±5 m. Plan your cutting with that margin.
Lead timeSublimation 3–7 days in production, reactive 14–18 days after design approval, plus the days your approval takes. Shipping comes on top.
EU customsFor EU orders over 50 m we issue an ATR certificate, which removes the customs duty on arrival.
DDP if you want itWe can ship delivered-duty-paid so nothing is collected at your door. Ask when you request the quote.
Repeat ordersEvery quality carries a swatch ID. Quote the code and we print the same cloth again — no guessing from a photo.

Why the ladder exists

The cost of printing a metre is not flat. Setting a machine up, colour-matching, threading a roll and inspecting the output costs roughly the same whether the run is 5 m or 500 m. On a long run that fixed cost is spread thin, and we pass the difference back rather than keeping it.

That is all the discount is. It is not a negotiation, it is not a reward for asking, and there is no trade account to be approved for. The threshold is the threshold.

One thing worth knowing

The metres are counted per fabric, not per design. If you are printing ten designs at 5 m each on the same quality, that is a 50 m order and every one of the ten is priced at the 50 m rate. For a small brand putting out a collection, this is usually the difference between list price and the first tier — so group your designs onto as few qualities as the range allows.

Above 500 m

At that point we stop pricing per metre and quote the run: we can plan the dyeing, the roll lengths and the shipping around your order rather than fitting it into a schedule. Tell us the quality, the total metreage, the delivery window and the destination country, and you will have a number the same working day.
