Cut and sew
Custom printed t-shirt manufacturing, from 50 pieces
All-over printed t-shirts: the cloth is printed first, then cut and sewn at partner workshops. This is not screen print on a blank — the pattern runs across the whole garment, seam to seam.
That is the difference people notice. A design can cross the side seam, wrap a sleeve, or place one large motif exactly where you want it on the body.

What we make
- All-over printed tees in cotton or cotton-elastane jersey
- Placement prints positioned on the pattern piece, not on a finished shirt
- Oversized and boxy fits in heavier jersey
- Kids’ tees in soft organic cotton jersey
Fabric suggestions: 160–180 gsm cotton jersey for a standard tee, 95/5 cotton-elastane for a fitted shape, heavier jersey for oversized cuts.

We are not limited to the garment types listed here, and we are not limited to the 63 fabrics we hold in stock. If you want a cloth we do not carry, we source it. If you want a make we have not listed, describe it.
Tell us the fabric, the print and the construction you have in mind. If it can be printed and sewn, we will tell you how and what it costs — and if it cannot, we will tell you that too.

- 1
Tell us, or show us
A photo, a sketch, a tech pack, or a garment you already own. Send your print file if you have one — we can also work from a pattern you supply.
- 2
We quote
We come back with a price for the whole run: fabric, printing, cutting, sewing and packing.
- 3
We sew a sample
Before the main run you get a production sample to approve. Changes happen at this stage, not after.
- 4
The run starts
Once you approve the sample, production begins. Every metre is inspected before it is cut, and the finished garments are boxed and shipped.
From your file to the boxed order
- 1
Your file
We check the artwork — repeat, scale, resolution, and how the pattern will sit on the cut pieces.
- 2
Strike-off
Optional. A short test print so you see the colour on the actual cloth before the full run.
- 3
Printing
At the partner mill that suits the fibre: reactive on cotton, sublimation on polyester, acid on silk.
- 4
Fabric inspection
Every metre is checked before anything is cut. Faults are caught here, not after sewing.
- 5
Cutting
The pattern is laid and cut at the partner workshop, with the print placement planned on each piece.
- 6
Sewing
Assembled and finished, including your own labels.
- 7
Final check
Finished garments are checked against the sample you approved.
- 8
Packing and dispatch
Folded or on hangers, boxed and handed to the courier.
