About Jersey Print Factory
We don't sell the patterns you see on our pages. You send yours, we have it printed on a base we hold in stock, we inspect every metre, and we ship it.
Sixty-three undyed base fabrics, stocked in İstanbul — cotton, polyester, viscose, linen, silk and blends, knitted and woven. The printing itself is done by partner mills, each chosen for the fibre and the method it does best.
- 67base fabrics in stock
- 1 / 5 mminimum, polyester / cotton
- 0setup or plate fees
- İstanbulstocked and shipped

What we actually do
We are not a design studio and we are not a print shop. Every pattern on this site belongs to the customer who sent it, and every metre is printed by a partner mill selected for that fibre. What sits with us is the part that decides whether you are happy: holding the base fabric, running the order, inspecting the result, and getting it to you.
It also means a collection can be small. There are no screens or plates to pay for and no colour limit, so a twelve-colour print costs the same as a two-colour one. Volume is counted per fabric type across all your designs — ten prints at 5 m each on the same jersey is 50 m, and 50 m is where the 20% discount starts. 250 m is 25%, 500 m is 30%.
Three printing methods, and why the fibre decides
The fibre decides the ink, and that decides which mill the job goes to. Choosing the wrong pair is the most common reason a print disappoints, so this is worth two minutes.
Reactive
Cotton, linen, viscose, bamboo, modal
The dye forms a chemical bond with the fibre instead of sitting on top of it, so the fabric keeps its hand. A printed muslin still feels like muslin. Most of our cotton knits and wovens print this way.
Sublimation
Polyester and polyester blends
The colour becomes part of the fibre, so there is no surface layer to crack or stiffen. This is what makes swimwear, sportswear, scuba and fleece work.
Acid
Real silk
Protein fibres need their own chemistry. We keep one true silk satin and it is printed with acid dyes — the depth of colour on silk is something the other two methods cannot reach.
The dye bonds into the fibre instead of sitting on top of it as a film. Close up, you can see what that means in practice.
- Colour blocks meet at a hard edge, with no bleed between them
- Black stays black beside lime and magenta
- The knit still shows through, and the printed area stays as soft as the rest of the cloth
What happens to your file
- 1
You upload the design
PNG, JPEG, TIFF or PDF. We check the repeat and the scale before anything is printed, and come back to you if something will not work at width.
- 2
It goes to print
On the base you chose, at the mill that handles that fibre and method. From 1 m on polyester, 5 m on cotton.
- 3
We inspect every metre
This is the part we do ourselves, and it is the reason to work with us. Fabric comes back from the mill and passes over a lit table before it is boxed — a skipped loop, a shade that drifts, a repeat landing a few millimetres off across a wide width. What fails here never reaches you.

It ships the way you asked
Double folded around cardboard, or on rolls. Folded travels cheaper; rolled keeps a crease out of fabric that shows every one. Worldwide.
