Cut and sew
Printed jackets, kimonos, bombers and light outerwear, cut and sewn at partner workshops from 50 pieces per style.
Outerwear needs heavier cloth and often a lining. Tell us whether it is a summer kimono or a padded bomber and we will match both the fabric and the construction.

Fabric suggestions: canvas and twill for structured jackets, technical polyester for water-repellent shells, French terry and fleece for sweat jackets, satin for linings.
These are suggestions, not a menu. We hold 63 qualities in stock and we source what we do not hold — if you already know the fabric you want, name it on the form.
We are not limited to the garment types listed here, and we are not limited to the 63 fabrics we hold in stock. If you want a cloth we do not carry, we source it. If you want a make we have not listed, describe it.
Tell us the fabric, the print and the construction you have in mind. If it can be printed and sewn, we will tell you how and what it costs — and if it cannot, we will tell you that too.

We come back with a price for the whole run: fabric, printing, cutting, sewing and packing.
Before the main run you get a production sample to approve. Changes happen at this stage, not after.
Once you approve the sample, production begins. Every metre is inspected before it is cut, and the finished garments are boxed and shipped.
We check the artwork — repeat, scale, resolution, and how the pattern will sit on the cut pieces.
Optional. A short test print so you see the colour on the actual cloth before the full run.
At the partner mill that suits the fibre: reactive on cotton, sublimation on polyester, acid on silk.
Every metre is checked before anything is cut. Faults are caught here, not after sewing.
The pattern is laid and cut at the partner workshop, with the print placement planned on each piece.
Assembled and finished, including your own labels.
Finished garments are checked against the sample you approved.
Folded or on hangers, boxed and handed to the courier.
The more you tell us, the closer the first quote will be. We usually reply within one working day.
