Why sublimation printing on this fabric
Polyester will not take reactive dye. In sublimation the design is printed onto transfer paper first, then heat and pressure turn the dye into a gas that settles inside the fibre. There is no layer sitting on the surface, so nothing can crack, peel or wash away — and the fabric keeps the exact hand it had before printing. White cannot be printed: any white in your design is the fabric itself.

Care
Wash at 30–40 °C on a synthetics programme. Spin low (400–600 rpm). No bleach, no harsh stain remover. Iron inside out on the lowest setting or use a steamer. Do not tumble dry — dry flat or on a line, out of direct sun.

What is the minimum order?
1 m per design on Textured Poly Jersey — 140 gsm. There is no minimum on this fabric — you can order a single metre.
Will the print fade in the wash?
No. The dye sits inside the fibre, not on top of it, so there is no layer to wash off.
Can you print white?
No — sublimation has no white ink. Any white area in your design is the fabric showing through, which is why we print on white base cloth.
Can I see it before I order metres?
Yes. Order a swatch pack to feel the fabrics themselves, or a 20 × 20 cm test print to see your own design on this quality first.
