Why reactive printing on this fabric
Reactive printing forms a chemical bond between the dye and the cellulose fibre, so the colour becomes part of the cotton rather than a coating on top of it. That is why reactive prints keep their depth through repeated washing and why the fabric still feels like cotton afterwards — soft, breathable, with no stiffness where the print is.

Care
Wash warm or cool on a gentle programme with a phosphate-free detergent. Tumble dry low. Iron on the reverse. Woven cotton frays when washed — overlock or stay-stitch 1–2 cm from the cut edge, or use a laundry bag, before pre-washing.

Will the print fade in the wash?
No. Reactive dye bonds chemically to the cotton fibre and keeps its depth through repeated washing.
Can you print white?
Yes, within the limits of the base cloth. Talk to us if your design depends on a dense white.
