Reactive printing bonds the dye into the cotton rather than leaving it on the surface — which is what canvas needs, because canvas gets handled, washed and dragged around.

Same cloth family, five different jobs. Prices below are live and include printing — there are no setup or plate fees.
The lightest of the five. Linings, light tote bags, wall hangings and backing panels — anything that is a surface rather than a structure.
The everyday one, and the one most orders start with. Tote bags, aprons, pouches, pencil cases, kids’ gear. Sturdy enough to carry things, soft enough to sew on a domestic machine.
The wide one at 160 cm. Cushion covers, light upholstery, heavier bags. The extra width often removes a seam on broad pattern pieces.
The sturdy one. Floor cushions, structured bags, deck chair slings, anything that has to hold its shape when it is empty.
The heaviest we print. Bag bases, floor cushions, seat pads, outdoor-style covers — where 300 gsm still gives and you want it not to.
A bag that should stand up when empty, a floor cushion, a structured basket — 290 or 300 gsm. Below that it will slump.
Tote bags, aprons, pouches — 210 gsm. Heavy enough to survive daily use, light enough that the seams are not a fight on a home machine.
Linings, backings, wall hangings, light bunting — 160 gsm. Less bulk in the seam, less weight in the finished piece.
